Nicolene made it to the school spelling bee. She was pretty nervous as a third grader up against the 4th, 5th and 6th graders. We also have the gifted kids at our school. She came in 5th place and we were all pretty proud!

The Newest Addition to our Family - Cuddles!
This is the newest addition to our family. We were having dessert at Marie Calanders in Bountiful when the waitress brought us a letter from the North Pole marked Urgent. We were told to go home right away and there she was waiting for us! The kids named her Cuddles. She is a Lhasa Apso/ Poodle mix. We all love having her as a part of our family.

Well, I managed to create a page on Facebook, so I thought I would try my hand at a blogspot too. This month has flown in already. Katelyn is working on her Science Fair experiment and Nicolene is preparing for the school spelling bee this Friday. Mix that in with all the usual activities and it makes time fly!
